Food, detergent and Food coloring explanation

The dish soap does not mix with the milk instead it sits on top and floats on the surface.As the detergent spreads it grabs the food colouring,and because soap is a degreaser do the molecules from the detergent attack the fat in the milk causing it to move which creates the food colouring to swirl.
